Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into test suites.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Prepare, manage, and maintain test data to ensure accuracy.
Analyze and clarify business and technical requirements for comprehensive test coverage.
Execute test cases, monitor results, and identify, document, and report defects.
Collaborate with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects.
Continuously improve test automation frameworks, processes, and QA practices.
Contribute to test strategy discussions and support the delivery of high-quality software releases.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of experience in test automation.
Proven experience in building and maintaining mobile test automation frameworks from scratch using Maestro.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude) for automated test scripts.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, and test case design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to define and drive testing strategies.
Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in English.
