Trách nhiệm chính
- Own the dbt models behind Flodesk’s financial metrics, from MRR and its movements to billings, collected payments, retention, LTV, and CAC.
- Reconcile billings, collected payments, and MRR against the billing system, payment processors, and accounting records, and explain any gaps to Finance.
- Reconcile costs and support unit economics calculations such as affiliate commissions.
- Partner directly with the Finance Director and leadership on metric definitions, cohort and pricing analysis, and recurring reporting.
- Support other domains (product, growth analytics) when needed, applying the same rigor to feature adoption, funnels, and retention questions.
- Build and maintain self‑serve analytics, including a Claude‑built dashboard portal and an analytics MCP that answers ad‑hoc questions in plain language.
- Use AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to write and review dbt models, run investigations, and build dashboards, while validating logic and testing edge cases.
Yêu cầu
- Analytics experience, ideally in subscription or SaaS finance.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience with dbt (our stack is dbt on Redshift and ClickHouse).
- Python knowledge is a plus.
- Clear written and spoken English.

- Experience doing analytics work through AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Experience building an analytics MCP server or semantic layer for LLM use.
