• Establish, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide data governance frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, risk management teams, IT, data engineering, and compliance departments to ensure data quality, security, regulatory compliance, and effective data lifecycle management across the organization.
• Define and implement enterprise Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability across business domains.
• Develop and maintain data governance operating models and governance committees.
• Drive adoption of data governance best practices throughout the bank.
• Define Data Quality (DQ) frameworks, KPIs, and monitoring processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across critical banking systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate remediation activities.
• Develop data quality scorecards and executive reporting.
• Maintain enterprise data catalog, business glossary, and metadata repository.
• Define and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
• Ensure data lineage is documented from source systems to reporting layers.
• Support data discovery and data classification initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements related to data governance.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Information Security teams.
• Monitor adherence to data governance controls and standards.
• Implement data classification standards.
• Define data retention and archival policies.
• Support data privacy compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate access control and data protection mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business units, digital banking, operations, finance, risk, and compliance teams.
• Conduct governance workshops and training sessions.
• Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare governance reports and present findings to senior management.
• Implement and manage Data Governance platforms such as Collibra, Informatica Data Governance, Microsoft Purview, Alation, and DataHub.
• Work with Data Engineering teams to automate governance controls.
• Define governance requirements for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Analytics platforms.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, or Data Management Office (DMO).
• Minimum 2 years in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Insurance.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms.
• Proven experience implementing Data Governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking Systems, Customer Information Management (CIF), Loans & Credit Risk, Deposits & CASA, Treasury and Capital Markets, AML/KYC Processes, Regulatory Reporting, Basel Regulations, IFRS9, and Risk Data Aggregation.
