Develop, document, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of software applications.
Identify, record, and track defects using a defect tracking system; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Liaise with teams across business lines to understand their IT requirements.
Support various teams with their day-to-day IT needs.
Carry out manual testing for Mobile and Web Applications.

Yêu cầu công việc

English Proficiency (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a web or mobile application environment.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Clickup).
