Trách nhiệm chính
- Manage and follow up on production orders, acting as the key contact between internal teams and Vietnam vendors.
- Track sample, production progress, and shipment with Vietnam factories, coordinating with logistics teams and vendors to align shipping plans, booking, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely on production allocation, system updates, and reporting, providing visibility through regular reports such as WIP tracker and late booking pre-alerts.
- Maintain accurate production records, sample approvals, and system entries, preparing ad-hoc reports for performance tracking and KPI achievement.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in merchandising or order management, preferably in Beauty/FMCG.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data tracking).
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset.
- Working proficiency in Mandarin (required for daily communication).
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Vietnamese native speaker preferred.
- AirTable knowledge is a plus.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to travel locally to factories when required.
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
