About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Act as the key contact bridging internal team and Vietnam vendors for production orders, monitoring order status and ensuring timely updates.
- Liaise daily with Vietnam factories to track sample, production progress, and shipment, coordinating with logistics teams and vendors for shipping plans, booking, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely on production allocation, system updates, and reporting, providing visibility through regular reporting such as WIP tracker and late booking pre-alerts.
- Support troubleshooting of operational bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas.
- Maintain accurate production records, sample approvals, and system entries, preparing ad-hoc reports for performance tracking and KPI achievement.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in merchandising or order management, preferably in Beauty/FMCG.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data tracking).
- Familiarity with SAP systems; AirTable knowledge is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset.
- Vietnamese native speaker preferred.
- Working proficiency in Mandarin (required for daily communication).
- Basic English communication skills.
