Work with the VP of Korean Sales & Marketing to implement long and short-term goals, objectives, and policies.
Manage assigned operational functions and communicate the company's vision to the team.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy, monitoring booking trends and competitor pricing.
Manage departmental expenditures and assist in cost control.
Direct sales staff activities, solicit group bookings, and attend industry trade shows.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Korean market, including corporate groups, travel agencies, and VIP customers.
Coordinate concerts, sporting events, golf tournaments, and other special events.
Support Korean-language content development and marketing communication.
Maintain strong relationships with Korean VIP customers and key wholesalers.
Liaise with internal departments including Hotel Operations, Casino Marketing, VIP Services, and Golf Operations.
Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and sales reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree required.
4-5 years of working experience related to hotel, golf, and casino.
Fluent in Korean and English.
Proven successful sales record with ability to structure goals and drive results.
Strong math skills, familiarity with statistical reports, and contract negotiation skills.
Knowledge of market segmentation, yield management, and inventory management.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Thorough knowledge of local regulatory requirements in the casino gaming industry.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Higher education degree.
Experience in pre-opening an integrated resort with a casino (at least 500 tables or 1,000 slot machines).
