Assist the Logistics Manager in payment procedures and supervise third-party logistics providers.
Ensure logistics activities comply with company guidelines, policies, procedures, and Vietnam Customs regulations.
Check shipping documents, process debit notes, and register shipping fees and product value payments in the system.
Monitor third-party performance and ensure timely invoice issuance and payments per credit terms.
Track and prepare product value payment documents to minimize overdue payments.
Complete monthly payment procedures for Finance team reporting to the BOD and HQ.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, IT, and HR teams to ensure policy compliance.
Analyze logistics costs to support cost-effective shipment arrangements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Logistics, Import & Export, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in English.
Strong Excel skills.
