Follow the instructions of Production Manager.
Check the drawings, model after received new orders and programming for CNC Milling and Turning machine.
Make blue print as Setup sheet, Work instruction, Tool lists.
Finish the programs in time according to the production demand.
Check tools and think about necessary tools for machining, including knowledge of materials for machining.
Pay attention to the stipulated parameters of the tools and cutting conditions.
Design necessary fixtures and jigs for parts, and calculate machining time for new parts.
Optimize cutting modes and tool paths to increase productivity and reduce cycle time.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485:2016 standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming and Engineering within a precision manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam preferred, Fusion 360, CAD/Solidworks).
Deep understanding of G-code and M-code (FANUC OS, OKUMA OS).
Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines.
Ability to setup and operate machines (Mill, Lathe) in urgent cases.
Strong grasp of trigonometry and geometry for calculating complex tool paths and coordinate systems.
Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints using GD&T.
Knowledge of tool measurement instruments (Caliper, Micrometer, Indicator).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
