HRO Specialist II

Trách nhiệm chính

• Oversee employee master data file and provide employee files to payroll vendors when needed.
• Create and maintain personnel files and manage employment agreements.
• Maintain employee database in Workday and/or other HRIS systems.
• Manage timesheet records and work with payroll vendor to ensure correct consolidated timesheets.
• Manage leave, overtime, shift and scheduling.
• Work with payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll cycles and handle full payroll cycles offline and online through SAP payroll.
• Manage SHUI and PIT, monitor demotion/promotion and other employment changes.
• Calculate labor rates and monitor employee disciplinary and feedback responses.
• Prepare compensation reports, customer‑customized reports and mandatory government reports.
• Support trade union payments, HR compliance, policy management and disciplinary activities.
• Support other HR activities as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in the current field of work.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to operate a personal computer using a Windows‑based operating system and related software.
• Familiar with Workday and SAP.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
