Responsible for the overall management of the property.
Collaborate with the Executive Committee to achieve business objectives and meet or exceed financial targets.
Lead and manage property operations to ensure they remain creative, productive, safe, and sustainably profitable.
Develop and execute strategies to improve growth and profitability.
Make sound financial and business decisions, develop and manage budgets, and procure resources sensibly while managing costs.
Provide functional guidance and direction for all property operations.
Ensure superior guest services and compliance with high-quality operational standards.
Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to Department Heads to improve operations and service.
Train, develop, and motivate the property team to continuously improve operational standards.
Recruit, develop, and retain talent to sustain and grow property operations.
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism to maintain a positive work environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

University diploma or degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality.
High level of English proficiency.
Fluency in a second language, preferably one spoken by the majority of hotel clients.
Knowledge of all operative department functions.
Proficiency in HR management, profitability management, and client and marketing management.
Familiarity with hotel computer systems.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same or equivalent position in similar category hotels.
