Lead integrated marketing and communications strategy to shape the brand and strengthen reputation.
Set annual priorities, budget, campaign calendar, and KPIs while ensuring quality across all channels.
Develop editorial agendas for content including investment perspectives, reports, and newsletters.
Direct media relations, announcements, spokesperson preparation, and reputation management.
Manage digital channels including website, social media, and email for growth and engagement.
Design integrated campaigns and events with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
Build and manage the Marcom function, including internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Collaborate with General Partners and the investment team to align messaging and priorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, brand, content, or public relations with leadership responsibility.
Exceptional English communication skills.
Strong track record in brand strategy, editorial planning, media relations, digital channels, and integrated campaigns.
Experience managing multiple priorities, budgets, agencies, and senior stakeholders with data-informed judgment.
