Develop frameworks and governance structure that guide priorities and long-term business objectives.
Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Lead customer insights, segmentation, and needs-based targeting to enhance value propositions.
Coordinate with relevant functions to define tailor-made propositions for different profiles including existing and prospective customers.
Identify pain points throughout the sale process including product, operations and customer service and drive curative actions and improvement plan.
Lead development of digital tools, automated workflows, and technology solutions that improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity through digital innovation.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends.
Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc

8+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management and strategy (experience in agency is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
Excellent communication and change management skills.
Project management skills with attention to details.
Creative and open mindset with proactive attitude.
