[HCM] Cybersecurity Engineer (Implementation & Deployment)

Trách nhiệm chính

• Deploy, integrate, and configure cybersecurity solutions according to technical design documents and vendor best practices.
• Conduct customer environment assessments, gather technical requirements, and propose suitable implementation approaches.
• Install, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot security solutions, including Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, WAF.
• Support development of solution design documents, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and customers throughout project implementation phases.
• Collect, analyze, and investigate system logs to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Research, evaluate, and implement open‑source security technologies when appropriate.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers after deployment.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure deployment or cybersecurity solution implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following technologies: Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, WAF.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, and SD‑WAN.
• Experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, and security operations.
• Ability to analyze logs, diagnose technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with AI‑powered tools to enhance research, troubleshooting, and productivity.

• Experience working for system integrators (SI), managed security service providers (MSSP), or cybersecurity projects is a plus.
