Manage EE development from RFQ stage through to mass production.
Perform hands-on circuit design, system building, and verification.
Create and contribute to the development of test specifications, criteria, and procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical bugs.
Perform second source qualification, cost reduction tasks, and drive manufacturing efficiencies.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering processes.
Act as a design owner and resolve complex technical problems.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years of electrical engineering experience.
Proficiency with common electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators.
Foundational knowledge of FW operation, MCU structure, OTA, and GPIO settings.
Understanding of SI/PI including high-speed circuit layout guides, buck/boost/LDO theory, and component selection.
Hands-on experience with schematic design, PCB layout, and EE CAD design tools.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CM).

Experience leveraging Agentic AI tools for hardware engineering workflows, such as AI-assisted design review, automated test report generation, or AI-powered debugging.
