Participate in a structured job rotation across key Front Office functions.
Develop operational and leadership capabilities under the mentorship of experienced supervisors and managers.
Work towards the goal of transitioning into a Supervisor role after 24 months of training.

Hold a minimum of a College degree (Cao Đẳng), preferably in a hospitality-related field.
Possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest engagement.
Demonstrate an excellent command of English.
Show ambition to grow into future Front Office leadership roles.
