Manage a fast‑paced portfolio and act as a strategic information bridge between global decision‑makers and industry experts.
Analyze complex client project requirements to pinpoint knowledge gaps and identify the precise information needed.
Conduct deep, strategic profile research to source and map high‑profile industry leaders globally.
Initiate direct outbound communication (cold calling, networking, email sequencing) to pitch project opportunities and negotiate with C‑suite executives.
Own the entire project lifecycle, from vetting experts to coordinating schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless client interaction and high delivery standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

6 months to 3 years of commercial experience in B2B sales, headhunting/recruitment, account management, business development, or customer success.
Professional English fluency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in sales and KPIs, with a results‑oriented mindset.
Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills, supported by a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
High resilience and ability to handle daily rejections and shifting client demands.
