Director of Restaurant, Bar & Experiences

• Lead the Food & Beverage and Experiences operations.
• Ensure guest feedback and comments are adequately handled.
• Provide leadership and support for all direct reports and other colleagues in the division, maintaining effective colleague relations.
• Prioritize and document colleagues' career paths and development needs, and manage performance and a positive work environment.
• Conduct interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance reviews, coaching, counselling, and dismissal as necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
• Participate in public relations and promotional activities for the Food & Beverage and Experiences division.
• Lead all functions of the Restaurant, Bar & Experiences division, facilities, and financial performance to ensure maximum departmental profit and cost efficiency.
• Keep Restaurant, Bar & Experiences costs in line with budget.
• Analyze sales mix, costings, and pricing on a regular basis.
• Monitor market prices and make revisions when needed.
• Review and analyze market trends globally and locally to keep the operation current and competitive.
• Lead the implementation of new Restaurant, Bar & Experiences concepts and projects.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and marketing plan, taking ownership of the division components.
• Prepare the annual Capex plan and manage Capex projects and expenditure.
• Continuously seek ways to improve revenues and efficiency across all outlets and offerings.
• Be responsible for and accountable for the division's operating budgets.
• Oversee the development and delivery of distinctive guest experiences that complement the resort's positioning and enhance guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safe working practices under FHLSS&E, HACCP and Health & Safety guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Extensive leadership experience within a luxury hotel or resort brand, including a proven track record in pre‑opening operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, destination dining, in‑villa dining, culinary operations and stewarding.
• Experience creating and delivering luxury guest experiences within a resort environment.
• Strong experience driving marketing and public relations activities across Food & Beverage operations.
• Current knowledge of international hospitality, dining, lifestyle, and luxury resort experience trends.
