Build editorial calendars and coordinate content releases across multiple channels and products.
Ensure content quality, consistency and compliance with product guidelines.
Monitor key content performance metrics and user behavior.
Analyze data and user feedback to optimize content effectiveness and continuously improve engagement.
Identify growth opportunities through content experiments and iterative improvements.
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Operations and Engineering teams to deliver engaging content experiences.
Work with external partners, creators or agencies when required to enrich the content ecosystem.
Stay updated on market trends, content consumption behaviors and competitor activities.
Translate user insights into actionable content initiatives that create value for both users and the business.

5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Operations, Product Content or related roles, preferably in digital products, media or technology companies.
Strong understanding of content planning, editorial operations and user engagement strategies.
Proven experience managing content projects from planning to execution with measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and user insights to improve content performance.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for digital products, user experience and content innovation.
