Trách nhiệm chính

  • Quản lý hoạt động hằng ngày của xưởng sản xuất CNC để đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và sản lượng.
  • Phụ trách công nghệ gia công, cài đặt/điều chỉnh máy và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật.
  • Xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong sản xuất.
  • Quản lý hiện trường, thực hiện 7S, đảm bảo an toàn lao động và quản lý nhân sự.
  • Giám sát, cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm và xử lý các bất thường.
  • Đào tạo, phân công công việc và đánh giá năng lực đội ngũ.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận Kế hoạch và các phòng ban liên quan để triển khai dự án.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bằng cấp tối thiểu: Trung cấp.
  • Có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực gia công CNC và quản lý sản xuất.
  • Am hiểu quy trình gia công CNC, dao cụ, đồ gá và công nghệ CNC.
  • Có khả năng phân tích và xử lý độc lập các sự cố gia công.
  • Thành thạo về quản lý sản xuất, quản lý chất lượng và 5S.
  • Kỹ năng tổ chức, điều phối công việc tốt.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Trung trong công việc hằng ngày.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương: Thỏa thuận theo năng lực.

  • Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13.
  • Mỗi tháng có 01 ngày nghỉ phúc lợi thứ 7 hưởng nguyên lương.
  • Hưởng đầy đủ chế độ sinh nhật, lễ, Tết và các phúc lợi khác.
  • Trợ cấp nắng nóng và các chế độ đãi ngộ hấp dẫn.
  • Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp với lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng.
