Trách nhiệm chính

Lead the AI-native delivery function and own the engineering organization.
Design and build the operating system for architecture, security, testing, and delivery standards.
Hire, develop engineering leadership, and serve as the technical voice for the board and senior stakeholders.
Maintain a hands-on approach to building, securing, and running software systems.
Define development methodologies suitable for AI-native work instead of traditional scrum models.

Yêu cầu công việc

Demonstrable experience shipping complex AI-integrated systems into production, beyond pilots or proofs of concept.
Experience building engineering structure, governance, and operational standards at an organizational level.
Ability to remain hands-on and technically credible while setting high-level strategic direction.
Capacity to handle technical governance conversations and board-level reporting without unnecessary jargon.

Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments with compliance requirements.
