Develop and coordinate Player Development programs to attract, acquire and host high-value players.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers with potential to become premium players.
Interact frequently with high-value guests and make decisions regarding complimentary services.
Guide Hosts and approve Host player requests.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Maintain players' database and coordinate with teams for special events.
Monitor player visits and tailor marketing campaigns.
Assist BDM in planning and execution of business development programs.
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
Track and report performance to the BDM.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a Casino/Hotel environment or similar Hospitality/Business Development role.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the gaming industry, credit processes, and local laws/regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and player tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
