• Define user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring clear value delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to articulate product vision, document problems, define desired future states, and produce high‑fidelity estimates.
• Translate business problems into data, reporting, and analytical requirements; perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation across multiple sources.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and other visualization tools.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis, report generation, and documentation, while validating outputs for accuracy.
• Own backlog refinement, risk identification, and continuous process improvement.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in any industry.
• Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced skills in business modelling, drawing business and technical flows, creating mock‑ups, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficient in elicitation, requirement analysis, and documentation with high attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience influencing and collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Designers, and Architects.
• Strong discovery mindset, proactively identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities within data.
• Hands‑on experience in data cleansing, transformation, and reporting workflows.
• Ability to generate insights from data and communicate business impact.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query on Excel, or other data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts such as user interfaces, APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) and strong presentation capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted analysis and productivity tools.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience in UI/UX or a user‑centric mindset.
• Additional certifications or training in BA, PO, UX, or related areas (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, CBAP).
