Actively seek out new business prospects and grow the client portfolio to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Work closely with USA, Japan, or Middle East counterparts to align with market demands and improve strategic planning.
Compile sales data and support with various administrative and project-based tasks.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in outbound travel or event executive roles.
Proficiency in English, with a strong emphasis on speaking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field (minimum education: Trung cấp - Nghề).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach to pitching and developing new business.
Professional and friendly communication skills in email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team with a positive and target-navigating mindset.
