Trách nhiệm chính

Work directly as a member of the project development team throughout the lifecycle.
Act as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and the project team, including interpretation and information exchange.
Gather and analyze client requirements and relay them accurately to the development team.
Translate and explain technical content from the development team to clients clearly.
Prepare meeting content and compile Meeting Minutes, tracking follow-up actions.
Proactively identify communication risks and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Continuously develop knowledge in IT, BA skills, and AI tool applications.

Yêu cầu công việc

Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1.
Experience working in a Japanese business environment with an understanding of Japanese culture.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
High sense of responsibility and ability to multitask.
At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry (in Vietnam or Japan) OR a minimum of 5 years studying or working in Japan.
Proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Background or experience in Business Analysis (BA), Testing, or Project Management.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic IT terminology.

Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
