Lead end‑to‑end sourcing for ELVN across key categories (media & advertising, store construction, merchandising, professional services, IT, warehousing & distribution).
Develop and implement local sourcing strategy and plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
Select and manage suppliers, including negotiation, contracting and performance management.
Monitor supplier performance, develop improvement plans and drive supplier capability development.
Own procurement policy compliance, including Ariba Shopping Carts PO processing, PO compliance reporting, vendor and asset list maintenance.
Propose and implement process improvements in procure‑to‑pay and maintain repository of local legal agreements.
Ensure compliance with agreed payment terms in collaboration with Finance and Accounting.
Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement and strategic sourcing across various goods/services, preferably in FMCG or similar industries.
Proven ability to manage senior internal stakeholders and external business partners.
Strong analytical, negotiation, contracting, performance management and project management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication in Vietnamese and English.
Structured, precise, flexible, positive, open‑minded and strong collaboration skills.
