Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing field force team of Medical Representatives.
Drive area performance by delivering objectives, market share, and profitability using data, analytics, and market insights.
Conduct regular field coaching, joint customer visits, and structured feedback sessions.
Build capability and talent by reviewing Field Force Effectiveness Assessment and developing targeted plans.
Ensure execution excellence by adopting ICE standards, call plan adherence, omnichannel engagement, and accurate reporting.
Engage customers and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and other teams.
Model integrity and ethical conduct, ensuring compliance with Novartis policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree in medical and pharmacy.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare, including proven first‑line people management.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development capability.
Analytical and enterprise mindset; able to interpret data and KPIs into action.
Experience in omnichannel customer engagement and confident use of digital/AI tools.
High standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance awareness.
Languages: Vietnamese, Proficient in English (written & oral communication).
