AI Solutions & Automation Engineer

• Identify and prioritize use cases by working directly with business teams to understand their processes, identify low‑value or repetitive tasks, and define the expected benefits.
• Prototype quickly by designing proofs of concept and usage‑focused MVPs, testing them with users, and iterating based on feedback.
• Develop end‑to‑end internal tools, building user interfaces, backend services, workflows, agents, and integrations through to operational deployment.
• Connect enterprise systems by integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other approved data sources while respecting access rights and permissions.
• Industrialize solutions by implementing testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, version management, support, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security and responsible AI by applying data protection, confidentiality, traceability, human oversight, and risk management requirements.
• Measure impact by defining adoption, quality, and operational efficiency metrics with business teams and tracking the value delivered after deployment.
• Build reusable solutions by documenting components and agents, avoiding duplication, and contributing to a shared architecture that enables solutions to be reused across multiple teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering degree, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in application development, automation, or the implementation of AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Full‑stack development skills in Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, web applications, databases, and user‑focused interface design.
• Experience with generative AI and agents, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, tool calling, orchestration, and response quality evaluation.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, enterprise APIs and connectors, identity and permission management.
• Proficiency with cloud and DevOps tools: Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and deployment on cloud or internal platforms.
• Product thinking: ability to start from a business need, define an MVP, balance simplicity and robustness, and support user adoption.
• Security and governance practices: data protection, secrets management, auditability, human oversight, and documentation.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Azure AI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Dataverse, or Fabric.
• Knowledge of agent interoperability protocols and standards, particularly MCP.
• Experience in media, video, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• UX practices, change management, and user training.
