II. How We Use Your Information

1. For Businesses:

  • Provide and manage accounts and the Service.
  • Support Businesses in the candidate screening and evaluation process.
  • Send notifications related to the Service, updates, and other information.
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve the Service.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide customer support.

2. For Candidates:

  • Facilitate Candidates’ participation in interviews at the request of Businesses.
  • Store and process interview information to provide to Businesses.
  • Send notifications related to interview schedules and results (if applicable).

III. Sharing Your Information

1. With Businesses: Candidates’ interview information and data (including audio recordings, videos, written responses, and AI evaluation results) will be shared with the Business to which the Candidate is applying.
