About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Provide daily onsite and remote IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform daily system and operational checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams when required.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Support service transition, knowledge transfer, and improvement activities.
- Support additional operational, transition, or project-related activities as assigned by the manager and aligned with business requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Have at least one year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or onsite support.
- Have experience in at least one of these areas: Windows 10 or Windows 11; Microsoft 365 applications; PC and laptop support; printers and peripheral devices; basic network troubleshooting; Active Directory or user account management; or device deployment and configuration.
- Be able to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, or system-related issues.
- Have good English communication skills.
