A. Quản lý Kho & Kiểm soát Tồn (50%) • Quản lý xuất – nhập – tồn: Thực hiện nhập kho thành phẩm, nguyên vật liệu (NVL), vật tư phục vụ sản xuất; xuất kho theo phiếu yêu cầu, đảm bảo đúng số lượng và chủng loại. • Theo dõi tồn kho: Cập nhật, kiểm soát số liệu tồn kho kịp thời, đảm bảo tính chính xác giữa thực tế và hệ thống. • Quản lý hàng gia công & kho ngoài: Theo dõi hàng gửi gia công, hàng nhận gia công; kiểm soát luân chuyển hàng hóa giữa các kho và đối tác. B. Kiểm soát Chứng từ & Đối soát (20%) • Kiểm tra chứng từ: Kiểm tra, đối chiếu chứng từ mua hàng, nhập kho, xuất kho đảm bảo đầy đủ và hợp lệ. • Đối soát số liệu: Đối chiếu số liệu giữa phiếu giao nhận, phiếu cân và hệ thống, đảm bảo tính chính xác. • Lưu trữ hồ sơ: Thực hiện scan, lưu trữ chứng từ theo đúng quy định. C. Phối hợp Mua hàng & Sản xuất (15%) • Theo dõi đơn hàng: Tiếp nhận đề xuất mua hàng, theo dõi tiến độ và cập nhật các thay đổi liên quan (giao hàng, số lượng, điều chỉnh...). • Phối hợp vận hành: Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất trong việc nhập – xuất NVL và thành phẩm, đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất diễn ra liên tục. D. Báo cáo & Kiểm kê (10%) • Báo cáo: Lập báo cáo tồn kho định kỳ, cung cấp số liệu cho các bộ phận liên quan. • Kiểm kê: Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ/đột xuất, phân tích và xử lý chênh lệch (nếu có). E. Hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ kế toán (5%) • Hỗ trợ kế toán: Tham gia các nghiệp vụ liên quan như thanh toán, tạm ứng, chi phí phát sinh tại nhà máy. • Phối hợp nội bộ: Hỗ trợ tính lương sản xuất (nếu có) và thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công.
