1. Tổng hợp số liệu kế toán: Ghi nhận, kiểm tra và hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh: mua hàng, nhập xuất kho, chi phí, lương, bán hàng, tạm ứng, công cụ dụng cụ,... Kiểm tra định khoản kế toán, đối chiếu chứng từ với các phần hành liên quan. Đảm bảo số liệu khớp đúng giữa sổ chi tiết và sổ tổng hợp từng phần hành. 2. Hỗ trợ báo cáo quản trị nội bộ: Hỗ trợ CFO/Kế toán trưởng trong việc tổng hợp chi phí bộ phận, phân tích số liệu biến động định kỳ Tập hợp các bảng tính chi phí, phân bổ, tổng hợp kết quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh phục vụ ban lãnh đạo Chuẩn bị số liệu phục vụ đối chiếu định kỳ với các phân xưởng 3. Kiểm soát công nợ & kho: Đối chiếu và theo dõi công nợ phải thu, phải trả, cảnh báo công nợ bất thường Hỗ trợ kiểm kê định kỳ vật tư, thành phẩm, tài sản cố định Kiểm soát việc ghi nhận nhập – xuất – tồn, phối hợp chặt với kế toán kho 4.Tuân thủ pháp lý & quy trình nội bộ: Theo dõi, cập nhật hóa đơn – chứng từ, lưu trữ khoa học và đầy đủ Tham gia kê khai thuế (GTGT, TNCN,...) và báo cáo theo phân công Tuân thủ quy trình kế toán nội bộ, hỗ trợ kiểm tra – kiểm soát tuân thủ
