Mô tả công việc: 1. Nhân sự và lương thưởng (C&B) (30%) - Thực hiện chấm công, tính lương hàng tháng. - Quản lý các phần BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, thuế TNCN và các chế độ phúc lợi khác đúng quy định của pháp luật. - Soạn thảo, lưu trữ và quản lý các hợp đồng lao động và văn bản nhân sự. - Thực hiện onboarding nhân viên mới, chuẩn bị hồ sơ, giới thiệu nội quy, văn hóa công ty. - Cập nhật và duy trì dữ liệu nhân sự chính xác, đầy đủ trên hệ thống tại mọi thời điểm. - Hỗ trợ xây dựng và cập nhật nội quy, quy chế lương thưởng, employee handbook. 2. Vận hành nội bộ và điều phối (30%) - Theo dõi tiến độ công việc giữa các team (Sales, Marketing, Design) trên Notion/Trello/Sheets. - Ghi chép biên bản cuộc họp, nhắc nhở deadline công việc cho các thành viên. - Sắp xếp và điều phối lịch họp nội bộ, lịch làm việc giữa các bộ phận. - Báo cáo tổng hợp vận hành theo tuần/tháng cho ban lãnh đạo. 3. Tuyển dụng và tìm kiếm ứng viên (25%) - Triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng, đăng tuyển đa kênh. - Sàng lọc CV, liên hệ ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn, theo dõi kết quả tuyển dụng, trao đổi offer. 4. Tổ chức sự kiện gắn kết nội bộ (15%) - Lên kế hoạch và tổ chức các hoạt động nội bộ, teambuilding, year-end party. - Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị tài liệu, không gian cho các buổi đào tạo nội bộ.
