Take ownership of day‑to‑day Amazon US marketplace account management, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and performance analysis.
Manage and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, variations, and A+ Content.
Monitor and maintain Amazon Seller Central account health and marketplace compliance.
Handle pricing, promotions, deals, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.
Track inventory levels, FBA stock, replenishment requirements, and potential stock‑out risks.
Resolve Seller Support cases and address listing, catalog, fulfillment, account, and marketplace issues.
Analyze competitor activities, category trends, pricing, and marketplace opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, logistics, marketing, product launches, and promotional activities.
Plan and execute Amazon promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and marketplace initiatives.
Work closely with advertising and marketing teams on Amazon PPC and performance campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments based on sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and other KPIs.
Translate marketplace data and customer behavior into actionable growth initiatives.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
Support or manage other e‑commerce channels such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑commerce, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience, with strong exposure to the US market.
Proven experience directly managing Amazon US.
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience managing Amazon product listings, catalog issues, inventory, promotions, and account performance.
Experience working with Amazon FBA.
Good understanding of Amazon advertising and key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, Buy Box, and account health.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate marketplace data into actions.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Ability to independently manage priorities, troubleshoot marketplace issues, and take ownership of results.
Strong English communication skills and experience working with international or US‑based stakeholders.
