Revenue Management Manager

• Manage total channel’s GTN spending, including budgeting, actual results analysis, month‑end closure, accruals, and controls.
• Drive efficiency across spending buckets and channels/customers.
• Drive profitability enhancement for Modern Trade and E‑commerce channels.
• Work on business cases related to trading terms changes, price increases, and promo mechanic changes.
• Leverage RGM expertise to conduct business analyses and generate insights for NRR opportunities within specific channel and category cohorts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create measurement and tracking of execution and results of each initiative.
• Build trust and support in‑country stakeholders through networking, appropriate work plans, RGM insights, and reviews.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Approximately 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Business Management (MBA or Bachelors) or CA.
• Commercial experience in consumer goods (trade marketing, FP&A, analytics, revenue management).
• Experience across modern trade, e‑commerce, and traditional sales.
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, financial planning, and reporting within FMCG or similar business.
• Solid analytical skills in Excel and TPM.
• Revenue management experience preferred in the consumer goods industry.
• Understanding key elements of revenue management (pricing strategy, price pack architecture, mix management, promotion optimization, gross to net, and commercial policy).
• Ability to structure work‑streams overcoming ambiguity.
• In‑depth experience working with financial data, category and market data to identify commercial opportunities.
• Previous commercial project experience with emphasis on leading and influencing change through data.
• In‑depth understanding of analysis tools and techniques (price elasticity, cross elasticity, mix management, promo ROI, promo performance, gross to net, price index, GM%).
• Delivering analyses and recommendations in an FMCG context through impactful partnerships and ownership from project brief to delivery.
• Quality of deliverables including input data sanctity and robust analysis outputs.
• Conversant with financial data tools (Analplan, SAP primary & DMS secondary sales) and market data tools (Neilsen & e‑Comm portals) and Sales IT TPM Tools.
• Ability to create scenario modelling tools for analyses as required.
