Advise and provide personal financial products and services to meet customer needs, ensuring the best experience.
Ensure compliance and minimize risks when processing transactions and providing products and services.
Carry out cash and non‑cash transactions such as opening accounts and receiving deposits in accordance with TCB procedures.
Update product information, regulations, procedures, marketing programs, sales campaigns and guidelines to serve retail customers efficiently.
Receive and resolve customer requests and complaints in line with Techcombank regulations.
Gather customer feedback on products, processes, services and policies to recommend improvements.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during transactions and encourage customers to use additional products.
Provide accurate and complete advice on personal financial products and services.
Develop customers through sales channels according to the bank's orientation.
Manage business plans and achieve assigned targets.
Check and reconcile daily transactions and cash balances, ensuring zero balance after trading hours.
Prepare daily reports after trading hours.
Participate in ATM fundraising team at branch/transaction office/neighborhood.
Fully participate in TCB training programs and pursue self‑development.
Build corporate culture and uphold TCB's core values.
