Trách nhiệm chính
- Quản lý chuyền sản xuất gia công cơ khí chính xác để đảm bảo các mục tiêu và KPI về an toàn lao động, chất lượng, thời gian giao hàng, năng suất và chi phí.
- Thiết lập mục tiêu hành động cho nhóm.
- Đề xuất và thực hiện các cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
- Đào tạo và điều chỉnh sai sót cho nhân viên trong nhóm.
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ nội quy, quy trình sản xuất và đánh giá năng lực nhân viên.
- Đề xuất thay đổi cơ cấu tổ chức để tối ưu hệ thống quản lý.
- Thực hiện báo cáo các vấn đề liên quan đến bộ phận.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Giới tính: Nam, từ 30 tuổi trở lên.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện - Điện tử hoặc Tự động hóa.
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy sản xuất gia công cơ khí.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý chuyền sản xuất.
- Có kiến thức về gia công máy NC, CNC.
- Có kinh nghiệm về hoạt động cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
- Sử dụng thành thạo 7 công cụ quản lý chất lượng và phân tích dữ liệu.
- Am hiểu về Kaizen và 5S.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức công việc tốt, có khả năng lập kế hoạch và quản lý tiến độ.
Mức lương
- Mức lương lên đến 33.000.000 VND.
Phúc lợi
- Được nghỉ hưởng lương 02 thứ 7 trong tháng.
- Quy định tăng ca: làm từ 02 giờ trở lên được cộng thêm 01 giờ.
- Các khoản phụ cấp bao gồm: phụ cấp đi lại, chuyên cần, nhà ở.
- Thưởng theo năng suất.
- Được tham gia các chế độ bảo hiểm theo quy định.
- Hỗ trợ bữa trưa tại công ty và du lịch hàng năm.

- Làm việc toàn thời gian.
