description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Lập kế hoạch và quản lý đội ngũ kinh doanh.
- Theo dõi, kiểm tra, giám sát công việc của nhân viên.
- Quản lý hoạt động bán hàng.
- Hỗ trợ cấp trên sắp xếp công việc cho các thành viên trong nhóm.
- Tham dự các cuộc họp bán hàng với khách hàng và cuộc họp nội bộ.
- Báo cáo tình hình công việc cho cấp trên.
- Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển nhằm thu hút khách hàng và giới thiệu sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp làm việc trực tiếp với các phòng ban liên quan.
- Thực hiện khảo sát thị trường và nghiên cứu cửa hàng.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nam/Nữ, từ 30 tuổi trở lên.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học trở lên.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm sales trong ngành thực phẩm.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhân viên.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Phẩm chất: Cẩn thận, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, chăm chỉ, không ngại khó.
Mức lương
- Mức lương từ 20.000.000 đến 30.000.000 VNĐ.
- Thời gian thử việc 2 tháng, hưởng 85% mức lương chính thức.
Phúc lợi
- Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 và làm 2 ngày thứ 7 mỗi tháng.
- Thưởng định kỳ, thưởng chuyên cần hàng tháng và thưởng thâm niên.
- Đánh giá hiệu suất hàng quý và xét tăng lương 2 lần/năm.
- Nghỉ phép hàng năm 12 ngày.
- Các phúc lợi khác bao gồm: Ngày quốc tế thiếu nhi, sinh nhật, cưới hỏi.
- Quyền lợi người lao động theo Luật Lao động Việt Nam.
- Có xe đưa đón từ Văn Thánh, Biên Hòa.
Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc tại văn phòng KCN Long Đức, xã Long Đức, huyện Long Thành, Đồng Nai.
- Có đi công tác tại TP.HCM khi cần thiết tùy theo lịch trình.
Thông tin khác
- Công ty sản xuất 100% vốn Nhật Bản.
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h – 17h, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 và 2 thứ 7/tháng.
- Có tối thiểu 6 ngày nghỉ trong tháng.
