description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Phối hợp với Marketing triển khai hoạt động bán hàng và truyền thông trên các kênh phù hợp.
- Điều phối hoạt động bán hàng từ khâu chốt đơn đến giao hàng.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất, kho, và kế toán để theo dõi tiến độ và xử lý thông tin đơn hàng.
- Chuẩn hóa các quy trình và tài liệu bán hàng.
- Quản lý thông tin và triển khai kế hoạch chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Tuyển dụng và đào tạo nhân sự kinh doanh.
- Tổng hợp số liệu và thực hiện báo cáo kinh doanh.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm trợ lý kinh doanh.
- Độ tuổi từ 25 đến 30.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với doanh nghiệp, chuỗi siêu thị hoặc cửa hàng bán lẻ.
- Có năng lực đàm phán hợp đồng.
- Thành thạo Excel và Google Sheet; khả năng tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu tốt.
- Tư duy số liệu, nhạy bén trong bán hàng và sẵn sàng di chuyển khi cần thiết.
- Sẵn sàng dành thời gian cho công việc.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Quà tặng, phụ kiện, thú bông hoặc sản xuất OEM.
- Thành thạo AI là một lợi thế.

- Lương thỏa thuận dựa trên năng lực và KPI.
