description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Dịch thuật văn bản, tài liệu, hợp đồng từ tiếng Trung-Việt và ngược lại.
- Soạn thảo, lưu trữ, quản lý văn bản, tài liệu nội bộ của phòng ban.
- Phiên dịch trong các cuộc họp nội bộ.
- Nhắc việc và theo dõi deadline các đầu việc của phòng.
- Lập báo cáo, tổng hợp số liệu và thống kê theo yêu cầu.
- Theo dõi và cập nhật dữ liệu nhân sự phòng ban.
- Đảm nhận vai trò đầu mối liên lạc giữa phòng ban với các bộ phận khác.
- Phối hợp cùng phòng HCNS tuyển dụng để đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân sự của phòng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Tiếng Trung giao tiếp tốt, thành thạo 4 kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết.
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (Word, Excel, v.v.).
- Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc.
- Có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, biết lắng nghe và làm việc chỉn chu.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc nhóm cao, khả năng truyền đạt tốt.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm ở vị trí trợ lý, hành chính nhân sự, thư ký hoặc các vị trí tương đương.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing.
Mức lương
- Mức lương: Thỏa thuận.
