Trách nhiệm chính

  • Dạy học theo hình thức 1:1 cho học sinh, sinh viên hoặc người đi làm các chương trình Tiếng Thái sơ cấp, trung cấp và giao tiếp.
  • Theo dõi, đánh giá quá trình học tập và sự tiến bộ của học viên.
  • Phản hồi và hỗ trợ học viên cải thiện kết quả học tập sau từng buổi.
  • Báo cáo tình hình học tập của học viên khi được yêu cầu.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Có chuyên môn vững và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
  • Sở hữu thiết bị giảng dạy online: máy tính, webcam, micro và đường truyền Internet ổn định.
  • Có không gian giảng dạy yên tĩnh.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kiên nhẫn và kỹ năng truyền đạt hiệu quả.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy online.

Mức lương

  • Thu nhập từ 124.000đ/giờ đến 170.000đ/giờ tùy theo số lượng giờ giảng dạy.
  • Mức thu nhập hàng tháng ước tính từ 3.000.000đ đến 20.000.000đ.

Hình thức làm việc

  • Làm việc online hoàn toàn trên nền tảng Zoom tại mọi địa điểm.
  • Lịch dạy linh hoạt 60 phút mỗi buổi, do gia sư tự đăng ký theo lịch cá nhân.
