Trách nhiệm chính
- Giám sát hoạt động của quầy bar trong ca làm việc.
- Đảm bảo quầy bar được chuẩn bị đầy đủ đồ uống, nguyên liệu và trang thiết bị theo tiêu chuẩn khách sạn.
- Pha chế và phục vụ đồ uống theo công thức và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Phục vụ đồ uống tại quầy bar, hồ bơi, sân thượng và các khu vực khác.
- Tư vấn đồ uống, giới thiệu ưu đãi và chủ động bán thêm để tối đa hóa doanh thu.
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và hỗ trợ nhân viên Bartender vận hành hiệu quả.
- Giám sát tác phong, tiêu chuẩn phục vụ và quy trình vận hành của nhân viên.
- Kiểm soát tồn kho, hạn chế hao hụt và bảo quản vật tư đúng cách.
- Thực hiện báo cáo cuối ca và bàn giao ca.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý phản hồi của khách, báo cáo các vấn đề cho cấp quản lý.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp từ Trung cấp trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Bartender hoặc Bar Captain.
- Am hiểu về cocktail, rượu mạnh, rượu vang và kỹ thuật pha chế.
- Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
- Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, hướng dẫn và tạo động lực cho đội ngũ.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, chăm sóc khách hàng và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, ngoại hình gọn gàng, thái độ tích cực.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca, cuối tuần và các ngày lễ.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại khách sạn hoặc nhà hàng cao cấp.
Mức lương
- Mức lương từ 8.000.000 đến 10.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
- Mức lương cạnh tranh theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm.
