Trách nhiệm chính

  • Thống kê và quản lý năng suất hàng ngày trong công đoạn.
  • Thống kê và quản lý chất lượng trong công đoạn.
  • Xử lý và đưa ra đối sách khắc phục các sản phẩm bất thường hoặc lỗi chất lượng (phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan).
  • Thực hiện phân tích công đoạn và kaizen.
  • Quản lý nhân sự trong tổ sản xuất.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành cơ khí.
  • Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực gia công cơ khí.
  • Nam giới, độ tuổi từ 18-35.
  • Có khả năng làm ca đêm và xoay ca.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Nhật.

Mức lương

  • Mức lương 14.000.000 VND/tháng.
  • Ca đêm được hưởng 150% lương và tăng ca 150% lương.

Phúc lợi

  • Được tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ bảo hiểm.
  • Hưởng phụ cấp đi lại, chuyên cần và nhà ở.
  • Thưởng theo năng suất.
  • Được dùng bữa trưa tại công ty.
  • Được nghỉ hưởng lương 02 thứ 7 trong tháng.
  • Du lịch hàng năm.
  • Quy định tăng ca: làm từ 02 giờ trở lên được cộng thêm 01 giờ tính công.

Hình thức làm việc

  • Làm việc theo 2 ca xoay vòng: Ca 1 (ngày) từ 6h đến 15h35, Ca 2 (đêm) từ 20h25 đến 6h sáng hôm sau.
  • Lịch làm việc: làm 4 ngày - nghỉ 2 ngày, xoay giữa ca ngày và ca đêm.
