description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Chăm sóc và hỗ trợ khách hàng hiện tại qua điện thoại, email, Zalo.
- Xử lý đơn hàng, báo giá và theo dõi lịch giao hàng.
- Phối hợp gửi mẫu và xử lý yêu cầu phối màu với bộ phận nội bộ và đối tác.
- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động tiếp thị trực tuyến (Web Marketing).
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý ban đầu các khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
- Phiên dịch trong các cuộc họp nội bộ và các buổi gặp gỡ, đón tiếp khách hàng.
- Biên dịch tài liệu, hợp đồng, email và các văn bản hành chính.
- Quản lý thông tin khách hàng và tài liệu liên quan.
- Xây dựng, biên dịch và cập nhật sổ tay hướng dẫn công việc, quy trình vận hành.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ thị của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Nhật JLPT N2 trở lên.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm hành chính hoặc sales admin.
- Thành thạo kỹ năng sử dụng Excel.
- Tối thiểu bằng Cao Đẳng.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Có kinh nghiệm phiên dịch.
- Có khả năng đọc/viết Tiếng Anh.
- Am hiểu về ngành sản xuất, hóa chất, sơn hoặc vật liệu công nghiệp.
- Có kiến thức về kế toán hoặc tổng vụ là một lợi thế.
Mức lương
- Mức lương: 16 - 22 triệu VNĐ.

- Làm việc tại KCN Hiệp Phước, Nhà Bè.
