Trách nhiệm chính
- Own the delivery plan for all active features and projects, including timeline, dependencies and critical path.
- Collect and approve dates from team members at the start of each feature and hold the team to them.
- Track progress against dates daily from Jira and address risks promptly.
- Run recurring delivery rhythm: weekly status, risk review and mid-build check-ins.
- Serve as day‑to‑day contact for external partners, clients and vendors on schedule and delivery matters.
- Prepare and run status meetings with partners and clients, and follow up in writing.
- Produce concise weekly status reports for leadership.
- Use AI tools to draft reports, meeting notes, partner updates and automate data pulls from Jira, GitLab and Slack.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years in software delivery, with at least 3 as a technical program manager, delivery manager or project manager on software products
- Track record of delivering projects involving external clients, partners or vendors with accountable dates
- Working knowledge of agile delivery, Jira (epics, tasks, estimates, time logging) and release processes
- Experience building and maintaining multi‑project timelines with cross‑team dependencies
- Regular, hands‑on use of AI tools with demonstrable productivity or quality improvements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, marketplaces or accounting software
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or similar certification (useful, not required)
- Experience working with AI‑assisted development teams or building AI‑assisted workflows or automations (scripts, agents, integrations with Jira or Slack)
