• Manage factory test stations from concept to sustaining, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams (CM/Fixture vendors).
• Develop test strategy and optimize test processes across the entire production line from SMT, sub-assembly, and FATP.
• Drive CPK, retest, and resolve test issues during manufacturing stages.
• Collaborate with CM on test-related SOP, test fixture readiness, cycle time/UPH, and line balance, while managing schedules and planning all test engineering deliverables.
• Work with suppliers and engineering teams to develop test coverage, assess process flow, equipment/fixture designs, process controls, implementation schedules, and validation plans prior to xVT build.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in manufacturing test engineering, including fixture DFM, test automation, and test coverage optimization.
• Experience in NPI for consumer electronics (e.g., smartphones, laptops, wearable devices), specifically developing SMT and FATP test strategies, and driving quality metrics and Process Capability Index (Cpk).

• 12 years of experience in manufacturing test and program management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in hardware test debugging, troubleshooting, Capex optimization, and failure analysis investigation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with international OEM partners to mass produce consumer electronics products.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently to liaise with counterparts.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed.
