Trách nhiệm chính

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally across relevant communication channels.
Identify serious booking opportunities and guide clients from inquiry toward booking.
Follow up with prospective clients and handle questions, concerns, or objections.
Communicate with clients to understand tattoo ideas, styles, placement, size, budget, and expectations.
Provide project recommendations, explain pricing, artist availability, deposits, and appointment procedures.
Recommend suitable artists based on project requirements and prepare information for artists.
Maintain organized records for leads, quotations, and bookings in internal systems.
Build positive relationships with local and international clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Participate in training and apply feedback to improve sales performance and communication skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum education: College degree (Cao Đẳng).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to good spoken and written English for international client interaction.
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
Ability to adapt to new information, systems, and working processes.
Responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Open-minded and receptive to feedback.
Basic computer skills.
