Manage guest complimentaries, such as reward points, show tickets, or gift certificates.
Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
Maintain Marriott Rewards information and handle general administrative tasks like filing, emailing, and faxing.
Assist management in training and motivating team members while serving as a role model.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect proprietary information.
Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve concerns using clear, professional communication.
Monitor the performance of others to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform general physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
Ability to speak clearly and professionally and maintain accurate documentation.
