About This Job

- Provide comprehensive technical support and advanced HVAC system application engineering to internal sales teams, M&E consultants, clients/developers.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to develop product positioning strategies and establish superior technical advantages across Applied, Unitary, and Controls product lines.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with target M&E consultants, developers, and key stakeholders to capture complex project requirements early.
- Lead, manage, and execute the strategic “HVAC Training for Consultants” program, organizing regular technical training sessions and seminars.
- Align engineering goals and strategies, manage technical support and consultant care workflows, coach and develop team members to optimize work efficiency and build a high‑performing team.
