About This Job

- Define and execute the ServiceNow strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and scale ServiceNow delivery capabilities.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow offerings.
- Drive capability roadmap, certifications, and workforce planning for the business.
- Lead successful delivery of ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, and custom workflows.
- Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Govern project health, utilization, revenue, and margin performance.
- Establish and grow the ServiceNow business and build a high‑performing team.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or equivalent certifications.
- 10+ years of IT industry experience.
- 8+ years hands‑on or leadership experience of ServiceNow delivery programs.
- Proven experience managing distributed teams and global delivery models.
- Strong track record in capability building and organizational growth.
